Do I need a translator or an interpreter?
A translator works with written material. An interpreter helps people communicate during a live spoken or signed conversation. If you need both, tell us about the documents and the appointment so we can coordinate the work.
How do I place an order?
For a document, upload your documents, choose the languages and share your deadline and recipient’s requirements. For a live conversation, interpreter reservation page with your appointment details.
How much will my translation cost?
Certified translations start at $25 per page. The final price depends on your files, language pair and any extras you choose. You can get an instant quote before placing an order.
How long will it take?
Delivery depends on the language, length and complexity of your files. Twenty-four-hour delivery may be available for suitable orders. Tell us your deadline so we can confirm the timing before you commit.
Can I send a scan or phone photo?
Yes. Send a clear image of the entire page, including stamps, signatures and the reverse side when it contains information. If anything is blurry or cut off, we may ask for a better copy before starting.
Do I need certification or notarization?
Ask the organization receiving your document. Certification is a signed statement about the translation’s accuracy and completeness. Notarization is a separate signature formality. Send us the recipient’s instructions so we can discuss the correct option.
How do I reserve an interpreter?
Submit your request through the interpreter reservation page. Include the language or dialect, date, local time and time zone, duration, subject, and your venue or meeting link. Crest does not accept office visits. Interpreter availability and booking terms must be confirmed before the appointment.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Contact us as soon as plans change. Under the standard policy, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged for the scheduled time. Your written booking confirmation may include project-specific terms. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Can I bring or collect my documents at your office?
Crest does not allow office visits, document drop-offs or collections. All document translation orders must be submitted through the document order page. Submit all interpreter reservations through the interpreter reservation page. You can contact support with questions about an existing order or booking.
What if I notice an error?
Send your order number and the passage that needs checking to support@crestls.com. We will compare it with the original and review the correction. Additional pages or changes to the source may require a new quote.
