How much will my translation cost?
Certified translations start at $25 per page. The final price depends on your files, language pair and any extras you choose. You can get an instant quote before placing an order.
What is included in the quoted price?
Review the quote for the agreed files, languages, certification and delivery. Notarization, printed copies, mailing or urgent service may add to the price and should be confirmed before payment.
How much does an interpreter cost?
Pricing depends on the language, format, duration, location and any required qualifications. Ask for a written estimate showing the minimum charge, travel expenses if applicable, and cancellation terms.
What if I upload more pages than I selected?
We will review the source and contact you about any difference in scope or price. Additional work should be agreed before it proceeds.
Can I get a price before paying?

Where do I pay an existing invoice?
Sign in to your client account to review and pay an invoice. Keep the order or invoice reference available if you need help.
Can I receive original signed and stamped hard copies?
We translate and certify your documents, add wet-ink signatures and rubber-ink stamps, then scan the signed and stamped set and email you a PDF copy. If you need the original hard copies, select mailing and provide your delivery address at checkout. USPS and FedEx options include 2–3-day delivery where available and FedEx overnight shipping. Shipping starts after preparation; availability, cutoffs and carrier transit times depend on the destination.
How long will it take?
Delivery depends on the language, length and complexity of your files. Twenty-four-hour delivery may be available for suitable orders. Tell us your deadline so we can confirm the timing before you commit.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Contact us as soon as plans change. Under the standard policy, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged for the scheduled time. Your written booking confirmation may include project-specific terms. See our refund and cancellation policy.
Can I bring or collect my documents at your office?
Crest does not allow office visits, document drop-offs or collections. All document translation orders must be submitted through the document order page. Submit all interpreter reservations through the interpreter reservation page. You can contact support with questions about an existing order or booking.
